Returns + Exchanges
Returns
We accept returns on full priced items that are in their original condition and within 30 days of delivery. Costs of return are at the expense of the customer.
For returns:
- Email us at hello@wanderingmoss.com to request a return.
- We will provide you with information and options for your specific return.
Once your items are received and checked, your refund will be processed. A credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted on a case-by-case basis. When and where possible we will assist in providing a product to replace the item you are hoping to exchange. However, it is not always possible due to product availability. Please contact us directly to inquire about exchange options. Costs of return shipping are at the expense of the customer. We do not offer resizing.
